A Tempus Global Group distinguiu, em Moçambique, 33 organizações pela sua excelência no Employee Value Proposition (Proposta de Valor ao Colaborador). A cerimónia de entrega de prémios decorreu, em Maio, durante uma Gala que se realizou no Polana Serena Hotel e que contou com a presença dos representantes (directores de RH e directores gerais/CEO) das empresas e organizações reconhecidas.
As empresas foram premiadas no âmbito da 1ª edição do Elite Employer, um programa pioneiro lançado pela Tempus Global Group que foca quatro pilares do Employee Value Proposition (Proposta de Valor ao Colaborador), nomeadamente: Compensação e Benefícios, Carreira, Ambiente de Trabalho e Cultura.
O Elite Employer é um programa que pode ser usado como uma poderosa ferramenta para apoiar as organizações (públicas, privadas e ONG’s) na atração e na retenção de talentos.
