A Galp lança hoje o seu primeiro programa de formação de jovens talentos em Moçambique, denominado Generation Galp, com a abertura do site para a inscrição dos candidatos. Durante três semanas, os interessados poderão consultar as condições de admissão ao estágio no endereço challenger.co.mz.
Nesta edição inicial do Generation Galp em Moçambique, foram abertas seis vagas que poderão ser aumentadas em futuras edições do programa, cujo objectivo é captar, formar e integrar nos quadros da Galp jovens moçambicanos promissores com idades até aos 30 anos que tenham licenciatura ou mestrado nas áreas financeira, das engenharias, das tecnologias de informação, comunicação e marketing ou áreas afins.
Tendo no horizonte uma carreira profissional de sucesso, seja em áreas core da empresa ou nas áreas de suporte ao negócio, o Generation Galp visa dar a conhecer aos estagiários a cadeia de valor da Galp, integrá-los na cultura e valores da empresa, e formá-los na aquisição de competências técnicas e soft-skills. Para isso, todos os estagiários terão acompanhamento permanente durante a formação, a qual passará por sectores diversos da Galp e em vários pontos do país onde a empresa está presente.
De acordo com Marlena Chambule, responsável pelos Recursos Humanos da Galp Moçambique, “o programa Generation Galp vem sublinhar o nosso compromisso para com os moçambicanos e o desenvolvimento do país, ao formar e qualificar as competências profissionais dos jovens, que são o seu maior activo e a garantia de futuro”.
O Generation Galp segue o modelo implementado há 23 anos em Portugal e, mais recentemente, em Espanha. Com uma taxa de retenção de cerca de 90% este programa é o responsável pela contratação de mais de 500 colaboradores actuais da Galp.
