A Tempus Global Group apresentou, no dia 29 de Novembro, os resultados da 2ª edição da Pesquisa Nacional de Benefícios e Gestão do Capital Humano, que pretende avaliar as organizações do ponto de vista dos Recursos Humanos (RH). Nesta edição, o estudo incluiu também uma amostra feita a trabalhadores.
A Pesquisa realizou-se em todas as províncias do país, à excepção da Zambézia, com Maputo e Cabo Delgado a registarem a maior representatividade. A edição deste ano registou um aumento de 30% no número de participações comparativamente a 2021, que teve 140 participações.
Dos resultados do estudo, evidencia-se o facto de 66% dos trabalhadores nas organizações participantes apontarem o seguro de saúde como o benefício que mais valorizam. Na lista de benefícios que colhem maior preferência segue-se o 13º salário, o seguro de vida, o subsídio de formação e o seguro de funeral (no caso das ONG) e o 14º salário (no sector privado).
A Pesquisa indica, ainda, que 64% das organizações não fazem diferenciação entre os benefícios de gestores e colaboradores e que mais de 80% dos líderes nas organizações participantes são moçambicanos.
A Pesquisa é qualitativa, gratuita e foca-se em quatro pilares da Proposta de Valor ao Trabalhador (Employee Value Proposition), nomeadamente: Compensação & Benefícios, Carreira, Ambiente de Trabalho e Cultura. Todos os dados são tratados de forma confidencial em linha com as melhores práticas do mercado e de acordo com a lei geral de proteção de dados, de forma a que nenhuma organização ou trabalhador seja identificado individualmente.
A apresentação dos resultados da 2ª edição da Pesquisa Nacional de Benefícios e Gestão do Capital Humano teve lugar no Radisson Blu Hotel, em Maputo, e contou com a participação de mais de 100 líderes de RH. Durante a sessão de apresentação dos resultados realizou-se, ainda, um painel de debate sobre o tema “Compensação & Benefícios como chave de motivação, lealdade, produtividade e atracção de talentos de alto potencial”.
A grande vantagem das organizações participarem nesta Pesquisa passa pelo benchmarking da organização, ou seja, pela adopção de boas práticas conseguindo um melhor desempenho no mercado, comparativamente à concorrência.
