Maputo vai receber, no dia 3 de Dezembro, uma prova piloto de golfe designada ‘The Golf Cup Millenium Bim CFAO’, a ter lugar no Campo de Golfe da Polana. A prova é aberta a todas as empresas, organizações e associações que queiram participar.
Por serem os patrocinadores da competição, o Millennium bim e a CFAO dão o nome a este torneio que se espera que venha a ser de referência em Moçambique, sendo este primeiro piloto um ensaio para a realização de um campeonato de golfe em 2023, à semelhança do que já acontece em Angola.
A organização está a cargo da Adigeste, com uma vasta experiência nesta área e que, em Angola, promove a realização de eventos de golfe desde 2014, sendo reconhecida pela aposta na qualidade.
A prova tem como foco as empresas, marcas e empresários, utilizando a competição de golfe como um espaço de network e palco privilegiado para o desenvolvimento de relações e troca de conhecimento. Cada empresa ou organização pode inscrever mais de uma equipa, constituída por dois jogadores amadores, com handicap devidamente aferido pela organização ou outro órgão perfeitamente reconhecido e ligado ao golfe.
Os interessados podem inscrever-se durante todo o mês de Novembro, devendo constar na inscrição dados como: nome da empresa / organização; nomes dos jogadores e handicap individual; e-mails de contacto e número de telefone.
O torneio, com saídas de duas equipas de 2 jogadores, de 10 em 10 minutos, todas do tee 1, será jogado em 18 buracos, e de acordo com as Regras de Golfe aprovadas pela R&A Limited e ainda as Local Rules, definidas pela Comissão Técnica do torneio.
