Governo de Moçambique através da Secretaria de Estado da Juventude e Emprego Apoia Mais de 20.000 Jovens através do Acredita Emprega
O Governo de Moçambique lançou ontem, em Salamanga, distrito de Matutuine, na Província de Maputo, a segunda actividade do Programa EMPREGA, denominada Acredita Emprega. Uma iniciativa implementada pela Secretaria de Estado da Juventude e Emprego, com o apoio do Banco Mundial, que ao longo de 2 anos irá dar bolsas formativas e serviços de apoio a mais de 20.000 jovens moçambicanos nas três regiões do País. Nesta fase inicial o programa abrange 5.000 jovens da região Sul, sendo que deste número os 1.000 melhores formandos irão beneficiar de uma subvenção para apoiar a formalização dos seus negócios.
Na primeira fase, o foco estará voltado para jovens dos 18 aos 35 anos que residam nos distritos da Manhiça, Matutuine, Kamaxakeni e Matola, de modo a que possam aumentar as suas oportunidades de empregabilidade, melhorarem os seus conhecimentos e habilidades, responderem melhor às necessidades do mercado, ganharem autonomia e criarem/ desenvolverem os seus próprios negócios com especial atenção para a captação de mulheres e seu empoderamento.
Com o Acredita Emprega, os jovens beneficiários terão acesso a bolsas de formação profissional em 17 áreas como: carpintaria, canalização, mecânica de automóveis, sistemas de refrigeração, corte e costura, cabeleireiro e estética, reparação de computadores, serviços de apoio como cartas de condução, transporte e mobilidade. Através deste programa, os beneficiários irão desenvolver competências relevantes melhorando as chances de empregabilidade. Os melhores bolseiros serão convidados para beneficiariem de uma subvenção para criação de negócios e formalização de empresas.
Num acto presidido por sua excelência Oswaldo Petesburgo, Secretário de Estado da Juventude e Emprego (SEJE), tomaram parte neste evento dirigentes de nível provincial, Sua Excelência Vitória Dias Digo, Secretátia de Estado na Província de Maputo, Júlia Mwito, Administradora do Distrito de Maututine, e jovens de diversas origens.
Na ocasião, sua Ex.ª Oswaldo Petesburgo, Secretário de Estado da Juventude e Emprego, disse que o “ACREDITA_EMPREGA”, cujas candidaturas começam hoje (6 de Junho), visa apoiar jovens com menos condições sociais e económicas e em condições de vulnerabilidade, mas que desejam ser mais produtivos e aumentar os seus ganhos, quer seja por via própria ou por via de outrem. “O Acredita Emprega que hoje foi lançado para a região sul irá expandir-se para as regiões centro e norte do país, beneficiando cerca de 20.000 jovens. E um segundo sub-grupo, de cerca de 4.000 jovens bolseiros, irá competir para receber o fundo inicial para montar, formalizar ou expandir os seus negócios. Este programa não tem dono, a não ser os próprios jovens, daí queremos que todos acreditem no projecto e se inscrevam”, frisou Oswaldo Petersburgo.
Já a Secretária de Estado na província de Maputo disse durante a cerimónia que o “Acredita Emprega prova mais uma vez que o Estado moçambicano está cada vez mais preocupado em criar oportunidades iguais para homens e mulheres”. “Estamos satisfeitos em saber que este projecto comtempla em todas as suas vertentes 50% de oportunidades para rapazes e raparigas e, por isso, garantimos que a província de Maputo fará tudo o que for necessário para que este projecto seja um sucesso”, sublinhou Vitória Diogo.
As candidaturas para o Acredita Emprega estarão abertas até ao dia 30 de Julho através do website www.acreditaemprega.seje.gov.mz ou através dos promotores que apoiarão na inscrição presencial para jovens sem acesso a internet.
