Sob chancela da Kyswayle Editora, a obra reflecte a direcção seguida pela política cultural moçambicana, permitindo a apreensão mais local dos conceitos em uso. Sem centralizar as atenções nem na esfera cultural, nem na criativa, a obra busca a complementaridade entre ambas: o campo cultural que não existe sem o criativo, e o criativo que não existe sem o cultural.
O projeto beneficiou do apoio do BCI, cujo representante, Simão Nhambessa, referiu na ocasião que “sendo a cultura um dos pilares da responsabilidade social corporativa que caracteriza o BCI, mostrámo-nos disponíveis, desde a primeira hora, para apoiarmos esta obra.
