Tempus Global Group lança 1ª edição do Elite Employer em Moçambique

A Tempus Global Group acaba de lançar, em  Moçambique, o Elite Employer, um programa pioneiro concebido para reconhecer as  melhores organizações para se trabalhar no país. O Programa tem como base os resultados da Pesquisa Nacional de Benefícios e Gestão de Capital Humano realizada pela empresa, entre Julho e Agosto de 2021. 

O estudo envolveu 140 organizações dos sectores público (4%), privado (72%) e  organizações não governamentais (24%), presentes em todo o território nacional. De  todas as organizações participantes na pesquisa, apenas 45 foram elegíveis para o programa de certificação Elite Employer que, agora, vai reconhecer as 30 melhores  empresas onde trabalhar. O sistema de pontuação é focado em quatro pilares:  Compensação e Benefícios, Carreira, Ambiente de Trabalho e Cultura. 

Através deste Programa, a Tempus Global Group irá reconhecer organizações de diversos sectores: Financeiro, Energia, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Extractivo, Organizações  não governamentais, Telecomunicações e Serviços Financeiros, entre outros.  

O selo de qualidade atribuído às empresas eleitas atesta que aquela organização é, de  facto, um ótimo lugar para se trabalhar e desenvolver profissionalmente. A distinção destaca ainda estas organizações como estando bem posicionadas para reter e atrair  talento, essencial para o crescimento sustentável e saudável das empresas.  

O Elite Employer visa destacar, sobretudo, os vários aspectos que unem colaboradores e  os aproximam às respectivas organizações, criando sentimentos de pertença dentro das empresas, nomeadamente no que diz respeito a valores, ética e integridade. O bom  desempenho em termos de estratégia, liderança e recrutamento foram também critérios  tidos em consideração.  

Para assinalar o reconhecimento das organizações que mais se destacam neste programa  pioneiro, a Tempus Global Group passa a realizar, anualmente, um evento de atribuição 

de prémios. No dia 26 de Maio, realiza-se, assim, a Gala da 1ª edição do Elite Employer,  a decorrer numa unidade hoteleira de Maputo e que vai reunir as melhores empresas para  se trabalhar em Moçambique. 

O Elite Employer é uma enorme mais-valia para a implementação dos planos estratégicos  de Recursos Humanos nas organizações, tendo como objetivo influenciar o mercado local  com práticas que contribuam para a melhoria contínua de políticas orientadas para as  pessoas.
