Realizou-se, na quarta-feira, 6 de Outubro de 2021, um encontro em formato virtual (Webinar), visando à dinamização da Linha de Crédito BCI negócios SASOL, à qual estão a aderir, em número considerável, fornecedores locais.
Promovida e disponibilizada numa parceria entre o BCI e a SASOL, esta Linha, inserida no âmbito do Programa de Conteúdo Local, e com créditos onerados a taxas fixadas em 10,5%, tem como objectivo potenciar as Pequenas e Médias Empresas (PMEs), com principal enfoque para as localizadas na província de Inhambane, mas também às outras ao longo do país.
Para além dos parceiros, no Webinar participaram empresários, fornecedores e potenciais fornecedores que, de forma interactiva, tiveram a oportunidade de aprofundar o seu conhecimento sobre a Linha, partilhar experiências e dar mais contributos.
O Director Comercial do BCI na região de Inhambane, Faizal Faquirá, referiu que se trata de “uma Linha de conteúdo local muito esperada pelos empresários da província de Inhambane” e anunciou que “alguns já começaram a aderir. Temos a indicação de outros potenciais clientes que vão aderir e beneficiar das vantagens proporcionadas”. E acrescentou: “sabemos, muitas vezes, que para fornecer serviços a terceiros precisamos de ter liquidez. Encontrou-se esta forma de potenciar as nossas empresas com vista a terem alguma antecipação do lado do Banco e conseguirem avançar com as suas actividades, fornecendo serviços, honrando os seus compromissos e continuando a produzir riqueza”.
Já para o Director Central da área de retalho e empresas, do BCI,George Mandawa “o acesso ao financiamento é um dos grandes desafios que há no mercado, nos programas de conteúdo local. E é para responder a este desafio que em parceria com a SASOL disponibilizamos esta solução. Dentro desta temática de acesso, uma das componentes, e a principal, tem a ver com o preço do dinheiro” – disse e prosseguiu: “quanto custa ao empresário obter dinheiro na banca comercial, o que chamamos taxas de juro? Temos no mercado uma taxa de referência que é o prime rate(18,9%), e sobre esta é aplicado um spreadque, em regra geral para pequenas e médias empresas, situa-se num intervalo entre 4 e 6%. Portanto, a taxa de 10,5% aprovada para esta Linha representa menos de metade daquilo que está a ser praticado no mercado”. Num outro desenvolvimento, Mandawa apontou a questão da própria acessibilidade: “quão difícil é para o empresário e o empreendedor aceder ao crédito bancário? Sempre que se aborda esta temática, fala-se geralmente das dificuldades, das exigências, da burocracia, entre outros. É neste quadro que encontrámos, com o nosso parceiro, formas de facilitar o acesso ao crédito. Portanto, processos de análise e de decisão muito específicos resultam nos tempos de resposta recorde, desde que haja toda a informação completa prestada pelo candidato. Os tempos de concessão são extraordinários, comparados com as práticas de mercado. E nós fazemos isso de uma forma que nos distingue. Fazemos com equipas locais, somos o Banco Daki” – concluiu.
