Ativei no dia 7 de Marco de 2023 a minha conta movel. Acontece que recebi mensagem que diz que o numero esta aprovado, no entanto quando coloco pin diz que excedi tres tentativas. Fui ao banco hoje e fui atendido que novamente podia colocar um pin com 6 digitos mas continua a dizer a mesma mensagem. Excedeu tres tentativas e contate a linha de cliente, ligo e nunca sou atendido. Nao sei o que esta acontecer. Sao 48 horas na mesma tentativa e deixei pedido ontem para ser atendido hoje, mas ate agora que sao 17:25 ainda continuo esperando.
Peco resposta para saber o que devo fazer para ultrapassar esta situacao porque estou a ficar prejudicado.
