O Governador de Maputo felicitou aos 4 galardoados pelo merecido reconhecimento que acontece em vida, facto que encorajou que continue a ser prática na Província, devendo inspirar as gerações vindouras.
Júlio Parruque referiu que o dia Mundial do Livro e dos Direitos de Autores, também conhecido, como Dia do Livro Aberto, deve ser comemorado pela sua inequívoca importância cultural que testemunhamos durante o período de confinamento devido a Covid-19, em que as pessoas precisaram limitar o tempo fora de casa, e os livros assim como a musica foram as ferramentas poderosas para combater o tédio do isolamento.
