Consta da proposta da CTA, apresentada por Florival Mucave, presidente da Comissão de Conteúdo Nacional e Ligações Empresariais, que as empresas nacionais devem beneficiar de tratamento preferencial na adjudicação de contratos de fornecimento de bens e serviços, na condição de estas empresas cumprirem com os requisitos estipulados na lei e regulamentos sectoriais.
“Qualquer contrato, subcontrato ou licença de prestação de bens e serviços na indústria nacional e outras deve incluir uma percentagem mínima de participação nacional de 25%, com algumas excepções de casos em que os contratos envolvem tecnologia de ponta, propriedade intelectual ou marcas registadas, que serão analisados e adjudicados pela entidade de tutela sectorial. A participação mínima de 25% conferida a empresas e/ou cidadãos nacionais não é transferível para empresas ou cidadãos estrangeiros”, disse Florival Mucave.
