Absa Bank Moçambique lança aplicativo de telemóvel que permite realizar transferências internacionais
O Absa Bank Moçambique acaba de lançar um aplicativo de telemóvel denominado NovoFX, que permite efectuar transferências internacionais com as principais moedas mundiais, de forma cómoda e rápida, sem necessidade de deslocação a um balcão.
Através do NovoFX, os Clientes poderão realizar transferências para qualquer canto do mundo em diversas moedas, fazer o upload da documentação, acompanhar o estado de cada transacção e receber o swift directamente no endereço de e-mail.
O Absa reforçou, com o lançamento deste novo aplicativo, a aposta no desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções digitais que permitem a realização de operações de banca remota e em alta disponibilidade (24/7), reforçando o seu posicionamento como Banco digital, simples e para todos, continuando a garantir inovação, proximidade, rapidez e, acima de tudo, confiança nos seus serviços.
“Temos estado a implementar reformas tecnológicas comprometidas com a conveniência, mas também com fortes propósitos de sustentabilidade, procurando a preservação do meio-ambiente. Estamos cada vez mais digitais e reduzimos a utilização de papel apenas para casos extremamente necessários, em que de facto não há alternativas. E este novo aplicativo é um verdadeiro exemplo dessa transformação. É um desbloqueador e simplificador que permite efectuar transferências para o exterior de forma rápida e ágil”, adianta Rui Barros, Administrador Delegado do Absa Bank Moçambique.
O download do aplicativo é gratuito e pode ser feito na Google Play Store ou na Apple Store, e a sessão iniciada com os dados do Internet Banking.
Inserida na transformação digital do banco, destaca-se ainda, a mais recente actualização do aplicativo móvel, Absa App, que para além do novo visual, apresenta agora novas funcionalidades que permitem pagar serviços sem a obrigatoriedade de salvar o beneficiário, verificar o número de conta completo e NIB, recuperar e alterar a palavra-passe, utilizar um número secundário ao comprar crédito, fazer transferências para carteiras móveis e copiar e colar textos.
“As novas funcionalidades do Absa App, inserem-se num processo contínuo de digitalização do negócio, que pretende corresponder às expectativas dos clientes, que valorizam, cada vez mais, a comodidade e a simplicidade, e privilegiam uma relação de proximidade em horário alargado e através de diversos canais de contacto” refere Rui Barros.
